Digitori Labs started with a simple observation from more than two decades inside large SAP programs: most of the cost wasn't the thinking — it was the process around the thinking. So we built a firm where senior people do the thinking and a platform does the process.
Our story
More than two decades in the engine room
Our founding team has spent two decades delivering SAP for Australian enterprises — S/4HANA programs, ECC systems kept honest, integration-heavy landscapes in asset-heavy industries. We've seen what makes programs succeed, and we've watched good money go into decks, rework and handovers that added nothing.
When AI made it possible to automate the mechanical half of consulting, most firms used it to widen their margins. We used it to change the offer: senior-only teams, faster delivery, and evidence you can audit — at boutique rates, onshore.
Rajesh wrote Inside the Clean Core on keeping S/4HANA standard and upgrade-safe — the discipline the whole practice is built on. We're based in Melbourne and work with clients across Australia and New Zealand, with a particular depth in utilities, resources, infrastructure and other asset-heavy industries where SAP earns its keep.
What we believe
- Judgement is the product. Documents are a by-product, and by-products should be cheap.
- Evidence beats opinion. A recommendation without its working is just a preference.
- AI assists, people decide. Nothing changes in your systems without a named human approving exactly what will change.
- Australian data stays in Australia. Non-negotiable, and verifiable.
