Every draft is reviewed and signed off by a named consultant before you see it, and any change to a system needs a person's explicit approval first. AI does the mechanical work; people make every decision.

It's processed onshore in Australia and is not used to train AI models. Every AI interaction on your engagement is logged, and we'll walk your security or risk team through the whole setup before we start — most clients ask, and we'd rather show than assert.

Both, deliberately kept separate. Advisory engagements carry no delivery quota, so if our advice is "you don't need an implementation", that's what we'll say. When we do deliver, the architect who scoped the work leads it end to end.

Senior rates for senior people — but fewer of them, for less time, because the platform does the repetitive work. On most engagements the total comes in well under a traditional team doing the same scope. We quote fixed where the scope allows it, and we'll always tell you what would make it cheaper.

Yes — a lot of our advisory work is exactly that: an independent senior view across an integrator's plan, estimates or design. Integrators generally end up appreciating it, because we're there to make the program succeed, not to replace them.

Not a problem — a starting point. Cognixa can analyse your existing ECC system (custom objects, what's actually used, what can be retired) so your move to S/4HANA starts from measured facts instead of assumptions. And if the honest answer is that you should wait, we'll say so.
