Digitori Labs Pty Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
If you contact us, we receive what you send: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. This website itself does not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels or marketing cookies, and its contact form sends via your own email application rather than storing anything on our servers.
How we use it
We use your contact details to respond to you and, where a working relationship follows, to manage that relationship. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to join.
Client engagement data
Information we handle during consulting engagements is governed by the contract for that engagement, which takes precedence over this policy. As standard practice: engagement data is processed onshore in Australia, is not used to train AI models, and access within our team is limited to the people working on your engagement.
Storage and security
We store business records with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest, and we keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info [at] digitorilabs.com.au. We respond within a reasonable time, normally 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
